The Antigua and Barbuda passport is now the strongest in the OECS sub-region of the Caribbean, offering visa free access to 165 jurisdictions across the world.
Following new visa waiver agreements in recent months, with Russia, Kosovo, India, Bolivia and the United Arab Emirates, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that in addition to countries of the European Union, including the United Kingdom.

New visa policy will be a big boost for CIP
A boost to the Citizenship by Investment Programme (CIP) was the main reason given for the government’s decision to grant visa-free entry to diplomats, investors and tourists form the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Cabinet announced this week the implementation of a policy under which certain categories of UAE passport holders will get visa free entry into Antigua and Barbuda without any further delay or waiting period

Antigua and Barbuda’s Office of the Prime Minister yesterday revealed the country had just clinched the biggest visa-waiver agreement there is – in terms of landmass – by signing with Russia. The deal catapults the Antiguan passport’s overall landmass-access score from 25% of the world to 37%.

PM: Antigua Will Amend Laws to “Keep Out of the Crosshairs of the OECD”
Prime Minister Gaston Browne of Antigua & Barbuda says he is open to amending laws on banking and information sharing if that’s what’s necessary to comply with OECD demands.
The OECD this week released a “blacklist” of 21 jurisdictions they consider to have a high risk of CRS-evasion because the countries in question have both low taxes and RCBI-programs. At the top of that list – strictly for alphabetical reasons – was Antigua & Barbuda.
