WHY ANTIGUA & BARBUDA
Antiguan citizenship enables visa free travel to the UK, South & Central America, the Schengen Zone and over 140 other countries –Â A full list can be found here.
All Citizenship applications must go through an locally approved agent, of which the principal of Caribbean Lifestyle service is one.
Dependants under the age of 28 will be accepted provided they are in full time education.
Dependent parents will be accepted over the age of 58 provided they live with the applicants.

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT
Clients can qualify to apply for citizenship if they purchase real estate within an approved development.

NATIONAL DONATION FUND
A one-off national donation Fund of US$100,000 to the Government of Antigua and Barbuda can be accepted.
This is the least expensive and most direct route to Citizenship by Investment.

INVESTMENT INTO BUSINESS
The two business investment options are:
Option 1: Where a person proposes to make an investment in an approved business of at least US$ 1,500,000 on their own behalf.
Option 2: At least two persons propose to make a joint investment in an approved business totalling at least US$5,000,000, and each of those persons individually contributing at least US$400,000 to the joint investment an application or application for Citizenship by Investment may be submitted on his, her or their behalf through an agent.

UNIVERSITY OF THE WEST INDIES (UWI) FUND
Applicants who choose this option will be required to make an investment of US$150,000 for a family of six or more.
The UWI option is a mechanism for financing UWI’s fourth landed campus.
Participation in the option will entitle one member of the family to a one year, tuition only, scholarship at the University of the West Indies.
